Leverhulme International Network
The
Leverhulme International Network, based in Chester and
led by Professor Neville Ford, has been established for
3 years from 2008 to 2011, with the aim of bringing
together experts from the areas of mathematical
modelling, mathematical analysis, numerical and
computational methods and stochastic analysis of
functional differential equations. We anticipate holding
a series of 4 network workshop meetings to enable
methodologies to be shared and new working methods and
collaborations to be established.
Meeting Overview
Invited speakers (see provisional list) will give 45
minute talks, there will also be opportunities for
contributed talks. We encourage proposals for
contributed talks using the form on this website.
The
meetings will encourage people to bring posters on open
problems that they would like to collaborate on. The
network will be the focus of journal special issues that
will include papers reporting on the outcomes of
research undertaken by members of the network.
